Commander Brackets, built in

Cap a Commander league anywhere from Bracket 1 (Exhibition) to Bracket 4 (Optimized), or leave it open. Players declare a bracket when they submit a deck, and a deck declared above the cap gets bounced at the door instead of at the table.

MTGSL was built by Karim Awad, a Magic player running a sealed league on a spreadsheet who hated every minute of it.
